Benjamin G. Wolff - Chief Executive Officer and President since December 2009. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Pendrell Corporation from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Wolff was a Co-Founder of Clearwire Corporation, where he served in a variety of capacities including as a member of the Board of Directors, as Executive Vice President, company President, Co-CEO, CEO and finally Co-Chairman, a position he held until March 2010. At Clearwire, Mr. Wolff completed transactions in excess of $10 billion in value, including significant strategic transactions with AT&T, Bell Canada, Comcast, Google, Intel, Motorola, Sprint Nextel and Time Warner Cable. A former partner at a national law firm, Mr. Wolff’s practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property licensing, corporate finance and strategic partnerships. While with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, he co-chaired the firm’s Business Transactions Department and served on the firm’s Executive Committee. In 2003, Mr. Wolff was identified as one of the top 45 lawyers in the country under the age of 45 by the American Lawyer magazine.

R. Gerard Salemme - Appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer in 2011. Director since June 2010. Mr. Salemme has over 27 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. From 2004 - 2010, he was Executive Vice President-Strategy, Policy and External Affairs of Clearwire Corporation, a broadband wireless service provider deploying operations throughout the United States and in other countries throughout the world. He is also a Principal of Eagle River Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of Eagle River Investments, LLC. From May 1997 to June 2003, Mr. Salemme was Senior Vice President, External Affairs of XO, and, before joining XO, he was AT&T Corporation's Vice President of Government Affairs, directing AT&T's federal regulatory public policy organization, and overseeing AT&T's participation in the FCC's narrowband and broadband PCS auctions. Prior to joining AT&T, Mr. Salemme was Senior Vice President, External Affairs for McCaw Cellular Communications Inc. He also held the position of Senior Telecommunications Policy Analyst for the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on Telecommunications and Finance. He also served as Chief of Staff to Congressman Ed Markey of Massachusetts. Mr. Salemme earned a B.A. in Political Science and Economics, and an M.A. in Economics, from Boston College.

Timothy M. Dozois - Vice President and Corporate Counsel. Mr. Dozois joined the company in May, 2010. He has 21 years of experience supporting leading corporations in securities law compliance, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and technology licensing matters. Most recently, Mr. Dozois has been a partner with Zupancic Rathbone Law Group, Inc., a firm that specializes in structured financing with a particular emphasis on the acquisition, financing and management of troubled real property assets. For 15 years, Mr. Dozois served as an equity partner of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, a Seattle-based law firm of approximately 500 lawyers.

Mr. Dozois is a member of the American Bar Association, the Oregon State Bar Association - Securities Section, and the American Health Lawyers Association. He received his B.S. in Financial Management from Oregon State University and his J.D from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he was Order of the Coif.

Robert G. Mechaley, Jr - Appointed Vice President and Chief Scientist in June, 2011. Mr. Mechaley is a 35 year veteran telecommunications/ wireless technologist, inventor and entrepreneur. His earliest involvement in wireless began when he earned his first amateur radio license at age 11. At McCaw Cellular Mr. Mechaley led the development and standardization of the automatic roaming protocol, IS-41, and engineered and built the first roaming network covering the U.S., the North American Cellular Network (NACN). He was a co-inventor of the first native TCP/IP data network technology for cellular networks, Cellular Digital Packet Data (CDPD), and led a consortium of U.S. cellular carriers in deploying CDPD networks. While heading McCaw's wireless data operations, Mr. Mechaley landed the first multi-year, billion dollar wireless data contract with United Parcel Service. Additionally, he pioneered the use of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing in wireless networks as leader of the "Angel" networking project at McCaw, and subsequent to McCaw's acquisition, at AT&T Wireless Services. As CEO of Wildfire Communications Mr. Mechaley brought to market the first commercial-scale complex voice interface and advanced speech recognition for wireless networks. As founder of RadioFrame Networks, he introduced the first commercial Software Defined Radio (SDR) products for use in cellular networks. A Co-Founder and former Vice Chairman of Clearwire Corporation, Mr. Mechaley continued the evolution of OFDM systems into mobility networks. He holds numerous U.S. and international patents in wireless networking, OFDM systems, distributed radio network processing and spectrum sharing. Prior to McCaw Cellular, he held technology development positions with GTE, GE and Westinghouse. Being an active inventor, Mr. Mechaley has more than 60 patents or patents pending. Mr. Mechaley is Founder and CEO of MobileSphere Holdings LLC, a former partner in the private investment firm, Eagle River, serves on private company boards and the board of the Wireless History Foundation. He is a member of the Grameen Foundation Technology Center's Board of Advisors, an American Red Cross Disaster Services volunteer, and a Life Member of the American Radio Relay League (ARRL).

Joseph Siino - Appointed Chief IP Officer in June, 2011. He is the principal founder and CEO of Ovidian Group, a subsidiary of Pendrell Technologies. With decades of experience as an IP adviser, investor, entrepreneur and attorney, Mr. Siino has managed IP deals collectively valued in the billions of dollars and provided strategic IP guidance to many of the world's largest technology firms.

Prior to founding Ovidian in early 2009, Mr. Siino served as Yahoo!’s first-ever senior vice president of global intellectual property, and was credited with placing Yahoo! at the forefront of global IP strategy and deals during his tenure there. Earlier in his career, Mr. Siino headed Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison’s IP strategy and technology transactions practice, where he was listed as one of The World’s leading Lawyers by Chamber’s Global. He also founded and ran SLTG, an innovative IP strategy boutique that represented global companies such as SAP, Intel and Sun.

Tom Neary - Appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in July, 2011. Mr. Neary has more than 27 years of experience in finance, treasury, and operations roles for technology companies. Most recently, he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Coast Crane Corporation, CFO Consultant for numerous Seattle-area start-ups, and as chief financial officer for MarketRange Corporation. He also spent thirteen years in finance, operations, marketing, business development, and international roles for Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Neary has a B.A. from the University of Washington, a Master of International Management degree from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird), and a CPA from the state of Illinois.

Mark Fanning - Appointed Vice President and Chief People Officer in June, 2011. Mr. Fanning has over 25 years of human resources experience in rapidly growing technology companies. Most recently he was Vice-President of People Development for Clearwire. Prior to Clearwire he was VP of People Development for Nextel Partners from its founding until its sale in 2005. During his tenure, Nextel Partners grew to nearly $1.8B in revenues and 3,000 employees. From 1989 to 1998, Mr. Fanning served in a number of People Development Leadership roles with McCaw Cellular Communications and later AT&T Wireless including VP of People Development. During this period McCaw/AT&T Wireless grew over six fold to over 13,000 employees. Washington CEO Magazine named both McCaw and Nextel Partners “Best Large Company to Work For” in Washington State. Mr. Fanning has a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Christopher Doherty - Appointed Vice President for Investor Relations and Public Relations for Pendrell (formerly ICO Global Communications) in August, 2007. Prior to joining Pendrell, he was vice president for marketing public relations at Sprint Nextel Corporation. From 2002 until 2007, he served in a variety of internal and external communications leadership roles for Sprint Nextel and its predecessor Nextel from 2002 to 2007. Prior to joining Nextel, he has served in external relations leadership roles for Cambridge Research Associates, Advertising.com (now AOL Advertising), AT&T Wireless Services and New York Life. He is a graduate of Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland, and holds a Certificate in Executive Leadership from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
